The following, which was advanced to third reading from the March              
6, 1995, calendar (page 622), was read the third time:                         
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 137(FIN)                                                
"An Act making supplemental appropriations for the expenses of                
state government; amending operating appropriations; making an                 
appropriation to the disaster relief fund; and providing for an

Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
CSHB 137(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose           
of considering Amendment No. 21.  There being no objection, CSHB
